Intelligent Voice is investigating reports of occasional unprocessed tickets between Friday 2nd August and Tuesday 6th August.
It appears that this incident is related to the core system capacity and additional resources have been added to prevent this recurring. We are adding additional monitoring to detect and prevent this type of incident.
Intelligent Voice is currently working on a new version of PCI redaction for Zendesk Talk which integrates a new capability of Zendesk to delete recordings automatically immediately after PCI redaction. This will remove the need for customers to enable deletion after 24 hours, and prevent any recording being deleted without a redacted version having been first uploaded.
