When Intelligent Voice PCI redaction for Zendesk Talk scans a call recording it places a copy of the recording in a comment in the ticket. This comment contains one of the following messages:
[Intelligent Voice redacted possible PCI data in this recording]
or
[Intelligent Voice scanned this recording for PCI data]
You can paste these messages into the search box in Zendesk to find all the comments by Intelligent Voice PCI redaction for Zendesk Talk.
If you require workflows for redaction or / and non-detection of PCI in English, you can create custom Zendesk Triggers accordingly.
