When you install the Intelligent Voice PCI Redaction app it creates a trigger which notifies Intelligent Voice which calls need to be transcribed and redacted.
You can modify this trigger to only send calls for selected Talk Agents. To modify trigger go into your Admin/Triggers settings, clone the existing trigger, add a new condition to it (such as a Group), save it and deactivate the existing trigger.
The existing trigger conditions must be kept to ensure that the trigger is only triggered when a call recording is added to a ticket.
