We are currently investigating a possible security incident with the Intelligent Voice PCI redaction for Zendesk application.
As a precaution to ensure the security of customer data, the service is temporarily disabled and will not accept new requests.

We have completed our investigation and determined the impact of the incident. The incident is limited to 2 customers who have been notified with details of the disclosure of non-sensitive information.
Intelligent Voice apologies for this incident and for the loss of service and has taken additional steps to ensure the security of the application.
The service is now fully restored.
