Intelligent Voice offers a catch up service for subscribers to PCI redaction for Zendesk. This brings the benefits of PCI redaction for recordings created before you subscribed.
The service is billed per agent, per month in the same way as regular subscription. You can place an order for this online here:
Please note the service cannot update tickets which are closed. Zendesk does not allow new comments on closed tickets nor does it allow tickets to be re-opened. You can however request a report detailing closed tickets where possible payment card information was detected.
