Healthcheck improvements

A range of new and improved healthchecks to more accurately report the health of containers.

Default model list changes

New sentiment model v5.0 support added, the model is multilingual and provides better accuracy than the previous models on a multilingual test set.

RedHat 7 Support dropped

INT-8007

This release deprecates support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, which goes out of maintenance support on June 30th, 2024, and adds supports for Rocky Linux. The supported operating systems for this release are:

Oracle Linux 9 (recommended) or 8
Rocky Linux 9 (recommended) or 8
Ubuntu 22.04 (recommended) or 20.04
