IV Connect for SFTP

New feature: support for installing IV Connect for SFTP, an export connector which exports completed items via SFTP or to a local directory or mounted fileshare. This is commonly used to connect IV to review platforms.

Gearman-Stats

INT-7433 / INT-7192

New feature: support for installing Gearman-Stats. This is a new image which publishes metrics from the gearman queue to Azure Monitor or AWS Cloudwatch, enabling auto-scaling to be configured with these metrics. This single image replaces multiple components used previously (gearmanstats, Telegraf, statsd, etc).
