Intelligent Voice 4.13.0.2

Intelligent Voice is pleased to announce the release of version 4.13.0.2 which contains two important bug fixes.

1. INT-3925 Validation of some imported audio files fails (fix in 4.13.0.1)
2. INT-4064 Support for MariaDB Connector/J 2.7.1 (required since the release of MariaDB 10.4.16)
