From approx 18:30 - 22:00 on 28th Jan 2021 Intelligent Voice PCI redaction for Zendesk was unavailable due to a technical problem. The issue with the service is now rectified.
If you have received a message from Zendesk saying "The target has been temporarily disabled due to too many failures" it is now safe to re-enable the target from Settings > Extensions > Targets
Intelligent Voice is aware of an issue where sometimes Zendesk does not allow you to re-enable the target. Zendesk Support may be able to assist with this, or you can recreate the target following the instructions on this page: How to recreate your IV PCI redaction for Zendesk settings.
