Intelligent Voice is pleased to announce the release of Intelligent Voice version 4.11.10

This is a hybrid release for customers migrating from IV 4.11.9 to IV 6.0

This brings many of the new features from latest IV including:

• Latest ASR engine and models
• Automatic language detection
• Optional punctuation for English

Improvements

API support for 16kHz sample rate (ASR and VAD)

INT-6193 ASR and VAD workers can operate on audio sampled at 16kHz for improved results (only if originally recorded at 16kHz rate).  This adds API support for format conversion at 16kHz.

Container based on Ubuntu 20.04 with Python 3.8

New NASR engine

Compatible with all models including latest NASRv4 releases.

Full support for latest NVIDIA cards including A100, including all models.
